"This property is such a gem. It is better than the pictures. The room was quiet and clean, with superised nice ocean view. The breakfast was super. It has a nice restaurant. I believe eating lunch or dinner here will also be very nice. Highly recommended."

"Lovevly night away! Hosts made it so easy and hassle free. Room was very clean, had a peaceful nights sleep! Had dinner down the road in a pub called the wheatsheaf! Which was very nice! Rutland water is only a 15min drive! Thanks again to the host! "

"The room I had was roomy and clean, bathroom/shower again clean and spacious. Equipment and white goods suited my needs. Entrance to the room a little dark as outside lights didn't react early enough. Overall I would book again if in that area."

We stayed in the Yew Tree Cottage, as a family of 4 (2 teenagers) this was perfect! The entire place is immaculately kept. The sweeping garden was a great place to chill out by the bank of the river as well as the delightful heated pool which was used many times during our stay! "The actual apartment was clean, comfortable and serviceable. It is in a block with more permanent residents who do not have the same standards of cleanliness. Post box junk mail emptied on the entrance floor. Nappy wipe dropped at the front door. Smell of old cooking and smoking coming from other apartments."

"Good: contact with manager. Cleanliness and general set up Parking for car off road. Access to public transport.. Not good: on arrival the flat was stone cold and took 24 hours to warm up. Kitchen equipment was old, basic and just about functional. Very limited small kitchen tools "
