"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel before, so decided to take my husband for a Birthday treat. Staff are always very welcoming and can’t do enough for you. It’s at a beautiful location and the hotel is stunning, food is excellent. But unfortunately, this time I had a shocking encounter, of a man letting himself into my room, luckily I was dressed and had my husband with me. "Lovely place, lovely people, lovely breakfast. No air conditioning was a bad feature. The fan provided had no impact. If it had been the heatwave week it would have been unbearable."

"Not all rooms have air conditioning check. You get a hours complimentary spa time, this did not appear on the literature check. The hotel and staff were lovely and the grounds are well maintained. There is ample car parking and electric charge points."
