"I'm sure many are enamored with the giant tub in the middle of the room. Somehow I initially read it as a hot tub but it's just a regular tub and we used it exactly 1 time. It's actually too big to be comfortable. It's not ergonomically designed to include or relax. It's all hard right angles so best you can do is sit awkwardly. And takes forever to fill given how big it is so you start to feel guilty about all the water you're using.
Aside from that novelty of an amenity, the rooms are very...

"Maybe due to winter time and the temperature outside is low, the water temperature for shower are not stable. But luckily there is a thermometer on the water shower to display. Beside this, other than this is good "

"The location was fine if you are alright to walk up 2 or 3 flights of stairs (no lift) was easy to walk everywhere we wanted to visit and easy for buses too, including bus to the airport (5 minutes walk). There was a kettle & small fridge in the room.
Unfortunately there was a flickering light high up on the wall (all switches were off) so we couldn’t do anything about it and it gave us both headaches. There was a terrible smell of sewerage as well. The bathroom is up a high step (very...

"Everything was great since checking in. Services were good, location was impeccable with just a 5 mins walk to Lotte duty free, myeongdong shopping street and about 10 mins walk to shinshege and namdaemun market. Club lounge offers thoughful to-go box for family with children, since children are not permitted to join cocktail session. Hot meals, salads, soft drinks and a bottle of wine are included in to-go box. Jenny Jung from the club lounge is very professional and friendly. Our stay was a...

"It was a great stay there! Very convenient, very clean, generally quiet (being in a busy district of Seoul), lots of shops around, and helpful staff. Two notes for planners: 1) cautious for toddles as the room has some beautiful but “stoney“ corners, you may need extra attention on the active little ones, 2) not sure if this is typical for Korean kitchens? It’s fully equipped for cooking but you need to buy your own paper towel as kitchen towel is not provided. Other than these, it’s 5 stars and...

"Room was very clean with washing machine/dryer.
Staff was very friendly and accommodated us even after we checked out while we waited for our ride.
There was a kitchenet in the room, but we did not use it. No time to cook and we didn't want a smelly room.
Great hotel to use as your base camp to explore Seoul."
