"Great customer service.
Clean room.
Breakfast always missing Coffee.
The crew doesn’t exert effort if they say there’s no milk that’s it. No milk. They don’t bother to exert effort to find what the customer need. And the breakfast was paid in full for 5 day’s however it is always incomplete
Other than the breakfast it was a great stay.
Would book again."

"We had a room that acommodated a family of 5. My kids clearly seemed to live it there — being the first time in Bogota especially Colombia and on a long layover, I was pleased with my selection. Even my kids’ father is happy with this place.
Hope to see you again soon!"
