The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond, even allowing us a late checkout so we could complete our hike after bad weather the day before. Breakfast was amazing!! Great views and a stone throw away from the village. Perfect location and excellent service—would definitely stay again."

They go above and beyond to try and make your stay and visit to Thredbo special.. they let me gloves a hat and a toque to go up the mountain with – God did I ever need it! Lovely to see such a diverse group of people under the same roof and would have no hesitation to recommend it as a clean friendly and safe place to stay"

"Spacious, clean and renovated units. Amazing mountain views from our window and the shower was sooo refreshing! We had one king and two single beds to use. I found the beds were comfortable but the pillows were a bit soft."

"It was raining hard and snow on the alps so very beautiful scenery. The stars at reception and in restaurant were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit, nuts, cereal, cooked breakfast, pastries, hot drinks. I could go on. I’m sure in-season the place will be buzzing and amenities open so will Come back. "
