The whole experience at Ellstanmore was excellent, friendly hosts, amazing decor throughout, lovely and warm inside whilst 1° outside. Breakfast was everything anyone would desire, sitting at a table for 12 people, great opportunity to meet and chat with other guests from many different parts. I can highly recommend this Guesthouse for an excellent stay.

Great building, wonderful hosts & breakfast thrown in as well. Nice bed & very quiet at night. The bathroom was a bit small & the streming tv spent more time buffering the playing. But, it was still a nice place to stay.

Our stay at Ellstanmor was great. The owner is very welcoming and accomodating to your needs during your stay. Rooms are warm and comfortable. The daily continental breakfast is a great way to start the day. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting the lovely town of Cooma.

this guesthouse is easy to find and very comfortable. Owner greeted us and was very friendly. Great to be able to help ourselves to breakfast - fresh fruit, a variety of cereals and bread. All very clean and will definately return

Check in was easy and the welcome was very friendly. Unfortunately the guesthouse was very cold and we had to ask for assistance with extra heating. The included breakfast made the accommodation good value. Location was good for a quick walk to get a meal.

Clean room/bathroom, good linen and towels, breakfast was basic but enjoyable. Curtains were good blockout and air conditioner/heater worked well. Plenty of space and facilities worked well. TV had Netflix and YouTube available but no TV channels. They were available on the large TV in the lounge area. Stay was only overnight but other guests (it's a guest house) had been there for 3 nights and were enjoying it.

My preferred venue when staying in Cooma. The new owner David has added a couple of touches to make a stay more enjoyable. Being a small, boutique guesthouse there is negligible noise to interrupt a quiet night's sleep.
