"This was an excellent experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I liked everything about the hotel, including the motor speedway theme, design, ambiance, facilities, state-of-the art gym, pool, jacuzzi, hot spring water area, hospitality, and impeccable service and manners. It is the platinum standard. I highly recommend it without any reservations whatsoever ever!"
"The room was decorated very nicely with quite a decent amount of space. They would give free soba noodles from 9:30-11:00pm and free drinks,soda and coffee. The onsen was very crowded with people. You could get complimentary ice cream at night and Yakut in the morning.
Also, parking was relatively limited"
"Super fun place, very traditional. We had some trouble finding it as the provided address wasn't exact. The manager spoke some English and was very helpful. We had to postpone our hike to mount Fuji because of a storm, but the manager offered to drive us to a view point after the weather cleared up. He also offered to book us a shuttle to our next destination. The included half-board was great! Awesome place in a small little town."
"This hotel was great with a fantastic view of Mt. Fuji. Restaurant options for breakfast and dinner were top notch. We really enjoyed the food. We also appreciated the on site gift shop which was also a small market. Good selection of snacks and beverages. The staff was excellent and very helpful and accomodating. The hotel is a little remote (at the top of a steep hill). If you don't have your own car, it can be a bit of a challenge getting around, and relying on the shuttle. "
"The staff were very kind at this location. I did not mind removing our shoes before entering the guest floors since it kept things extermely sanitary. Breakfast was never overcrowed. City Hall is across the street and if it isn't cloudy, you'll get a great view of the mountain. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "
