Staff was great ans very accommodating but the property has alot of issues. Bugs (roaches), broken cabinets, burn stains around the kitchen area, rooms are not uo to par or upgraded. Needs a deep cleaning and new appliances.

Just Being Real

Thw workers of the faculty was friendly and professional. The room was clean but the Suite did not provide tissue or towels to the residents which is stated in the brochure. The toilet kept leaking and some of the residents living there had no home training

They have updated much of the room. The space under the cook top smelled a little musky. They do clean weekly and do safety checks weekly. Love that. Walls are thin. You can hear your neighbors.

The property is centrally located. Walking distance to many restaurants if you don't drive. They need to take better care of the property's parking lot

Rooms really needs to be cleaned. Walls are dirty. Rooms have roaches. The communication of the property sucks. On 06/09/25, the water in all units was off for almost 12 hours. We wasn't given a heads up or anything. I have three toddlers and we all had to drive down the street to use the bathroom. No discount or anything was given for this inconvenience!

The drawer door was in place but not attached to the drawer. It was reported the night of the move in. The accident happened after it was reported. The repair was made at the end of my second week stay. The heavy drawer fell on my foot. It injured my foot. I iced it and took ibuprofen for the pain.

The bed was comfortable and the heater worked very well. But had my main concern been amenities, I should have kept looking. The actual room had nothing in common with the pictures online. But to the hotel's credit, I felt safe and well respected by the staff and maintenance people.
