"My first room was clean then the ac decided to leak all over my suitcase and my clothes in the middle of the night, I woke up after it had already flooded my room. My suit which I had dry cleaned the day before was completely ruined as were half my clothes. That was out of their hands but what wasn't was the "upgraded" room they put me in, the only difference was that it had a larger window and a balcony thats basically unusable. Now the problem with that was I could hear the DJ blasting...

"Very nice stay, good neighborhood, easy access to property. Excellent staff very helpful. Miss Maha and Mr. Ahmed always ready to help and assist. 24/7 front desk . Transportation you should be familiar with transportation apps to use it or you have a car.furniture is good condition and clean. Cleaning services could be requested through front desk. I reserved the 2 bedroom suite and it’s spacious and comfortable good for 3 to 4 or small family. Excellent stay and would repeat it again anytime. "

"I just spent three nights at this hotel, and it was a fantastic stay! The room was recently renovated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The air-conditioning system and bathroom were both modern and clean. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. Karam greeted me upon arrival and was very helpful throughout my visit.
