"Great view and large bed but we were given a room that had no shower door which made the shower unusable (we were later moved to a smaller room). The junior suite we had originally booked came with no luxuries whatsoever or the minimum you would expect as we did not even have a shower cap. The hand towel had to be sent back as it had black marks on it. Breakfast wasn't great and was located in the groundfloor pub with screens broadcasting football at all times."

"Issues on day 1 with main floor suite. Numerous serious deficiencies reported same day by text with images and repeated phone calls. Evenetually moved to a quality suite but forced to pay a hefty surcharge. Property management and Expedia were aware from day one. Property management pretended it was all make believe and that there was nothing wrong. Expedia stepped up big-time and credited me the preposterous surcharge imposed by the property. Expedia will keep getting my business because...

"This apartment is absolutely wonderful! It is stylish, comfortable, very clean, and has both a well-stocked kitchen and washer. Excellent location in Sliema and walk to everything. Note there is no lift and you need to turn on the hot water switch before using the shower. Very nice staff available on WhatsApp. Highly recommend!"
