The room was clean, it was so close to the boardwalk and the kids loved watching the rides from the balcony! Breakfast is also included which is a huge win for my early risers. "A nice choice for a short stop in Santa Cruz, this hotel has been well thought out and designed, with appealing and clean rooms, modern design and nice touches throughout. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. At breakfast, the staff were most welcoming, although actual food content was rather average. Useful water dispensers were dotted around the property for bottle fill-ups. Overall, very good."

"We had a very enjoyable stay overall and would definitely consider visiting again. The property was clean, comfortable, and offered plenty of space for our family. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the location was excellent—close to several beautiful beaches and convenient to local attractions. There were a few drawbacks. "The hotel was a nice hotel. Our room was nice. It was the suite large ceilings 600 ft.². The problem was with the staff and getting to my room. It says check-in on Expedia at 4 PM. I understand that occasionally it takes a little bit longer, however this hotel managed to put a sign up to weasel in additional one hour plus of wait time which to me was different. I ended up having to wait for almost 3 hours for my room I was promised a text or call. I had to follow up , when I did, I let the...

"The breakfast was delicious and healthy! They offer a lot of extras like wine and cheese, bikes and beach supplies. The rooms were comfortable and smelled fresh. I only wish there was a chair in my room. Otherwise still a 5-star experience! Fantastic location to getting to a popular beach as well."

"Not what was expected. Location was 2 renovated homes and a little difficult to find. Bedding and bathroom were neat and clean but rug seemed dirty and the fabric on chair had a large stain. We had to call staff to announce our arrival and check out the next morning only required a signature on rooms list."
