"An sich ein schönes, vergleichsweise kleines Hotel von Familie für Familien. Unserer Tochter hat es super gut gefallen, vor allem der Poolbereich und die Kinderbetreuung bei Andi. Wir fanden das Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Verbesserungspotenzial sehen wir bei der Kommunikation und beim Essen. Zur Kommunikation: wir hatten den Early Check in auf dem Formular, welches man lange vor Anreise ausfüllt und an das Hotel sendet, als Wunsch angegeben. "Empfang war sehr freundlich, man kann jederzeit das Team ansprechen. Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten . Preisleistung ist okay. Hotel ist empfehlenswert. Ideal für Kurzurlaub direkt am Fichtelberg. Hotel ist zu empfehlen."

"Fantastisk sted med virkeligt søde mennesker og lækker mad og et helt utroligt smukt værelse. Meget hjælpsomhed og hygge. Der var lidt varmt på hemsen på værelset, hvilket udfordrede os lidt om natten, men det gik okay. Alt andet var helt i top <3 Vi blev to nætter selvom vi kun havde planlagt en enkelt. "

"We loved the hotel - very modern with amazing artwork throughout the facility. The sauna was absolutely top-notch and included easy access to bathrobes and drinking water for a special touch. We ate in the biergarten twice and really enjoyed the food. The salads were excellent, and our son loved the bratwurst and schnitzel platters. Parking was easy right on site for 10 Euros a day, and the front desk provided us with a parking permit to use throughout our stay."

"Super nettes Personal, viel Liebe zum Detail und einfach ein schönes Hotel. Alle haben sich Mega nett um uns gekümmert, das Frühstück war super lecker und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Betten gemütlich. Lediglich für die Dusche wäre eine Trennwand gut und ein paar Haare von den Gästen davor haben wir leider gefunden. Ansonsten alles top! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!"
