"The chalet was clean, lovely and plenty of room,big living area, everything you need in the kitchen for a longer stay, storage and equipment, hoover, iron and board... Really pleased with everything,check in, parking and the food in the restaurant was fantastic,loved spending time in the pool and sauna, even got some exercise with the cliff walk to Cromer town, we will definitely be booking again. Evening meal and breakfast both excellent, staff were very friendly and room was clean. Garden room has a bath only and as it’s in the eves, you can only crouch to have a shower, don’t stand up quick and hit your head like I did! "Property has an incredible view of the sea and takes just 1 minute to get down to a lovely quiet beach. Staff were really friendly. Bed was very comfy and shower worked really well. Water bottles and biscuits were dropped off each day outside our door. The breakfast included in the price of the room was really nice. "

"The only little complaint we had was the checking in process. We were told we’d get an email telling us how to check in which we never got. Also there seemed to be a difference between the info on hotels dot com and the places own website. But other than that, the room was lovely, well equipped, clean, comfortable.
