"Comfortable bed, and very convenient location. TV and wifi worked well. Had to ring to ask for towels, which arrived a little while later. The room was very damp and parts of the carpet were wet. As there was no heating on in the building everything in the room got damper. I could not have a shower on my 2nd full day because there was no way the towel from the previous day could have dried out. Shower barely warm even when turned up to max heat."

Room was clean bed was comfy i slept like a baby we all did and it was lovely warm heating was always on and free wi fi . Plenty of wardrobe and draws . Hotel was near everything . There no bar or breakfast but it says that when you book it . If want fancy hotel there plenty of others . OYO Diamond Apartments Skegness

8/10 Good

"Location excellent. Check in excellent. Near shops and popular public houses. Train station/bus station also very close as was the Beach. No noise issues although we were in the front facing apartment. The entrance hall was clean . No lifts. We were on 1st floor. Room needed some decorating to the wall/ceiling in the bay. Bathroom also needs some attention from a possible flood at sometime from upstairs. Plaster work needs attention All crockery etc was OK and clean."
