"Staff is amazing here, very attentive. Lots to do including the pools and spa and they provide a shuttle into town. We had an issue with bugs our first night but when we contacted reception they helped and cleaned with no hesitation. WiFi is eh. Just an FYI, as described, the beach is not really swimmable. Would stay again. "

"Great stay overall but not everything was perfect. Pros: - big room with an amazing view. - nice and comfortable beds. - clean and housekeeping did a great job. - amazing huge pool. - staff were super friendly and helpful. - location is great, you're in the middle of all the action but it's still very nice and quite at the hotel. - perfect for a family stay with kids. There is a kids club and a kids swimming pool. - breakfast and a la carte were very good. Cons: - AC was very tricky to use, you can change the temperature but it reverts back to whatever default setting after some time (20 degrees but feels like 15). Most of the time we left it off to avoid it. - due to some issues with the AC the floor becomes completely wet and slippery. We had to leave the room and asked the staff for help. They cleaned it and provided a dehumidifier, and while it helped a lot it was super loud. While we had a couple of issues, the positives outweigh the negatives and it was a great stay."

"Our room and the whole resort was kept extremely clean, the staff were always polite and friendly and greeted you with a smile. Food was always well presented and tasted delicious…loved it here location was fantastic. Staff in the beach pool bar who went above and beyond… Asia, Nat and Marina. They made our stay wonderful"

"The hotel was beautiful, clean, polite staff. The pool area and restaurant were lovely too. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were great with an outside patio area. I didn't travel with any childen but the kids club and children's pool was perfect for families with small children."

"Great upgrade. I really enjoyed staying the villa with the open space and the pricey pool. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful."

"Rooms were spacious, bathrooms were beautiful! So many beautiful pools to swim in and the included breakfast was great. Had all the expected options and we loved the sourdough bread (baked in house). There were a few random fees but none that applied to us! Would have given 5 stars but the only issue was my husband got food poisoning from the room service. Not a great look for a 5 star hotel. They wouldn’t refund us the food and said “if we get other reports of food poisoning then we can refund you” but we had to check out that day. We only ate at the hotel that day so it was clear it was from the hotel. "

"The staff were great, very pleasant and helpful. The service was excellent. A few things in the room could be improved such as easier access to sockets, faster bathtub filling, clearer light and AC controls, and having a master switch by the bed. Overall a good stay with really friendly staff. Note there’s no beach within walking distance, but they have a paid trip by van/boat to nearby island."
