"Adorable BnB-style property in the Blue Mountains! The staff were so friendly and the rooms comfortable and cozy (especially loved the soaking tub after a long day). It's an easy 10-minute walk to the train station, town, and nearby hiking trails. Breakfast was great, and the views from the lounge and restaurant were absolutely perfect. Loved the fun Christmas in July decorations they had up too — such a nice touch. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Really friendly welcome, bedroom was clean, comfortable and easy to control to our preferred temperature. The bathroom window needed attention to close properly, but there was a heater to keep the room warm. We appreciated the table and chairs, and the communal sitting room with real fire. Great to have parking garage underneath. The concierge was very pleasant and we appreciated his care and attention (and his excellent red wine!) We are happy to recommend this hotel."

"The accommodation here is very cheap, and the property condition, staff presence, etc, is in line with that. Not an insult - just realistic. Aging and very dark inside, but clean. Guests should bring their own blankets in cold weather, as it gets VERY chilly. The only issue we had was the lack of guest parking. Otherise, it fulfilled all our requirements."

"For an old Motel, I found it clean and comfortable. Position close to shops and public transport, it was very handy for my stay, as I traveled there by train. I stayed in winter and the air-conditioning kept the room very warm and the staff were very pleasant on my stay."

"Well located, very short walk to shops, restaurants etc. Good off street parking, although spaces are small and large vehicles may obstruct others access. Reception staff are friendly and obliging. Room was tidy with good amenities that suited our needs. Overall our stay was comfortable. The shower in bathroom could have been cleaner. "Good value for money. Whilst close to the Great Western Highway and train line didn’t really notice it. Walkable distance into Blackheath shops. Very comfortable bed. You won’t speak to any staff at all, self service and checkout through lock box.There is some basic self service breakfast if you want to eat in with cereal, juice and bread.
