"Unfortunately, the hotel has not been upkept since it was built. Only 1 out of 3 elevators still works. The rooms were covered in stains and cigarette burns. All rooms are smoking rooms, don't let Expedia tell you differently. It is not possible to have a room without the palpable 3rd hand cigarette smoke, and people continue to smoke in rooms with the smell wafting through the vents. Only 1 towel, water, slippers provided per room despite booking as a party of 2. There were obvious hairs and piles of dust on the surfaces of the room, and piles of trash in the stairwell and around the back corner from the room. I would not stay here again."

"OK breakfast buffet. It seems like every time I ordered something they had "Just run Out" Had alot of electronic key card trouble. (No I didn't store it next to my cell phone)"

"Room was ok, staff were friendly. My room didn’t have a window, so I upgraded to a different room on my third night to a larger deluxe double room, which was no different than the first room I was in, and still in the window. Breakfast was good. Again, staff were very polite and professional. "
