"The hotel staff is extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close by grocery stores, places to eat, transportation and a beautiful park. "With medium to high expectation prior checking in Hilton chain hotel - Hampton, well, it is absurdly disappointing to be greeted by reception around 2-3pm (was unable to retrieve the said receptionist name due to the fact that he was rude and lazy to talk to us). As a hotel guests to be greeted and represented by rude reception fronting customer and representing Hampton by Hilton is pathetic - leaves much to be desired and we won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Pls revisit your customer...

"The hotel itself was lovely, all the ataff were healpful and friendly. Our room was gorgeous, spacious with plenty of room to put away clothes - which never happens these days! The bed was so comfy. One tiny thing is that the room was quite dim - even with all the lights on, but honestly, that could be my age!! Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and they catered very well for my partner who is a celiac. We will definitely be back."

"Great accessible hotel. Great amenities. The pool and sauna/steam room were very nice. Watch out for the bike lane when trying to unload your suitcases. Individuals using the bike lane were not accommodating to movement of bags. The hotel has valet parking which is helpful to finding parking on the busy streets. Staff were business like, not relationally warm. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The family rooms are gorgeous and spacious! The rooms were quiet, beds comfortable and bathrooms...
