Staff were friendly. 4 kinds of snacks to choose from before going inside the elevator. They are generous with their mini bar.

You have to ythtouga restaurant, and there's a make-shift front desk in the back. Not very inviting. Room was nice, new and clean, but only window was in the bathroom. The location and the quant street is fantastic.

We only stayed one night but it was a great hotel, great location. Free mini bar was a great addition, as well as local snacks provided in the lobby. Room was on the smaller side, as per pictures, but fine for us.

値段がお手頃かつ展示会場に近いこともあり 3泊で利用しました。 部屋はこじんまりとしていて、プチホテルといった感じ。バスタブ無しシャワーのみですがこれは仕方なし。ミニバーが無料でソフトドリンクやコロナビール、スナックなどが冷蔵庫にあり、毎日補充されていました。※プランによっては付かないみたいです。 スタッフもフレンドリーで良かった。 入口でレストランも営業しているようですが、朝食をやってないのは残念。ただ、周辺に飲食店は多く、Kayaトーストの有名店などもあり、困ることは有りませんでした。 ドアや壁が薄いのか、隣室の出入りの音はよく聞こえます。 ですが総じて快適に過ごすことができ、満足しました。ビジネス利用ならこれで十分と思います。

Clean and comfortable with great staff
This property was not what we expected at all but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is great and is only a couple of minute walk to the Bugis MRT. The whole apartment was immaculately clean and spacious. Great air conditioning, a bath and comfortable beds all made this a very pleasant stay. The property goes above and beyond with a fully stocked minibar included for free (fruit juices, snacks, water and even a few beers!). Thankyou for a lovely stay.

都市部で交通の便がよく、食事する場所も歩ける距離にたくさんあって非常に使い勝手がよかったです。 スタッフの方は、宿泊前のメールでの質問対応も含め非常に丁寧で、子供たちにもにこやかに挨拶してくれて大変好印象でした。 一方、立地上仕方のない点ですが、私たちが家族5人で泊まったPhotographer Suiteの部屋は窓がないため湿気がこもりやすく、トイレの下の床に少しだけ水が溜まるなどの点はありました。 また、隣のバーがカラオケも提供しているため夜少しだけその声が聞こえ、気になる人は気になるかもしれません。 しかし毎日冷蔵庫にビールやジュース、お菓子を補充していただけるMinibarなど、サービスの良さは満足度が高く、子連れ旅行にも十分お薦めだと思います。

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the cleanliness. There was dust on lamps and the walls need some painting. It’s more a 3 star hotel than 4.

Gemütliches Hotel in guter Lage. Vom Flughafen aus gut mit der Bahn erreichbar und vor Ort alle Highlights der Stadt zu Fuß erkundbar, wenn man möchte. Die Minibar wurde täglich umsonst aufgefüllt, das Bett war sehr komfortabel und die Ausstattung vom Bad und des Zimmers bestens. Gerne wieder :)

The pictures on the website and the description of the hotel was very different than the reality. The room we had was not really compatible for our family of four. We checked out the same day we checked in and then moved to another hotel. To me, this was a place I might have stayed while travelling in college, however, it was priced much more expensively. Definitely not worth the price.

I believe I arrived on 26 May, about 6:30am or perhaps 7:00am. The young male receptionist (wearing a mask appropriately) was quite sick, sniffling constantly. Of course, he touched my passport in order to sign me in. I have now tested myself for Covid, and I think I have it. That receptionist should NOT have been working when so sick! I got sick a day or so afterwards, an am now quite sick, too.

It is definitely not a four star hotel as rated at Expedia and the pictures are misleading. The hotel is a two-star standard. The room is even smaller than the one in Ibis. The first floor of the property is fully occupied by a restaurant. Since we were assigned a room in second floor, the room has a smell of the food.

Poor sound proof walls
Sound proof is really bad as i could hear someone the other side was coughing and open the door as in every movements sound. Bear in mind its 5 story boutique hotel.

首先，隔音非常差，根本沒隔音，每天早上被吵醒，清潔人員打掃時還會播音樂，超吵！！！房間很髒，冰箱旁邊桌子下都是蟲，可能太潮濕。房間非常小，跟預訂房型照片不一致，電視離床非常近，觀看很不舒服，洗手台寬度窄，很容易潑濕身上。總之，完全對不起他的價格也不推薦。

Room was nicely appointed with a comfortable bed, but A LOT smaller than on the pictures used. Quiet street with some local food and decent massage. Convenient to walk over to SunTec.

I was on a business conference at Suntec City, so this hotel suits me perfectly...it's walking distance, lots of food around the corner, and close by to City Hall if I need to take the train. The room is quiet and clean. Room wifi is excellent. Really no complains.

Comfortable stay with great service.
Good comfortable hotel with big enough room and toilet. Also comes with free complimentary snack bar. Comfortable stay with nice big bed and good aircon control. However not enough power points provided and shower hose leaky. Breakfast was also good which you get with a voucher for Killiney. Comes with mains, side toast and drink.

Look fancy but it not
Room is very small, inter room ventilation is shared as so you can smell what your neighbours is doing in toilet. Hotel entrance is also a cafe entrance, so when you want to go to the lift, you have to walk through the cafe, and all the people eating there will look at you as some does not know it is a hotel as well. Since the hotel counter and cafe are in the same small space, it feel like you are checking in at a kitchen.

The location was centralized and near to Suntec City and Bugis. Clean rooms, nice and friendly staff.
