"We loved that we were able to access our Netflix account. The room and bed were comfortable and we had all we needed."

"Was assigned a room and when I opened the door there were clothes and boots on the bed. When I went to the front desk I was finally assigned a bottom floor which I requested to start with. Also found I was given a non upgraded room when I paid for an upgraded room. When I asked to receive a refund for the difference I was told no. I will not be staying here again."

"The room was very clean, linens were white and clean, but pillows were horrible and lumpy. Pictures were definitely from when the hotel was first built and it's much more run down now. However, you get what you pay for so at this price range, it was adequate, clean and safe. Lady at check in was not very helpful to me or the guests checking in before me but the lady in the morning was delightful. Breakfast was good. "We had a wonderful over night stay for our 39th anniversary. The room was nice and spacious , clean and had a great view of downtown Greenville. Complimentary drinks and snacks the night of check in and a satisfying breakfast the morning of checkout. Will be back"

"All staff were excellent. Issues were with the property, that has a 4 star ranking. No room service, no included breakfast, parking charges, $20 for a glass of wine in downstairs bar, overpriced restaurant on top level, cheap uncomfortable pillows, housekeeping upon request, hot water in the shower after leaving on for 10-15 minutes, no microwave, no minibar, two very small drawers, no turndown service, bathroom sinks do not drain properly, room temperature will not go below 66 degrees....

"The hotel itself is comfortable but we had asked for late checkout the night before we were to leave and were told we could stay until 1pm. At 11am the housekeeper knocked on the door, and then at 11:35 the front desk called and said we needed to be out by noon or we’d be charged for a half day, and that there was nothing in the computer about late checkout. It was a very stressful end to our trip."

"Booked this hotel not knowing much about it. Upon arrival, we learned that not only do they have the best breakfast offering but also have a complimentary dinner every night at 5:30 . I was blown away with the service as well. Would definately recommend again and again!"
