The staff was very nice. The room was clean and the facility felt safe. For a non-smoking hotel there was a distinct smell of smoke in the halls and the elevator was sketchy.

Unfortunately would not recommend.

Although this was a budget friendly option, I would not return to this place. The front office attendant took a while dealing with a police issue, which I understand, but we waited for 20 minutes to check-in. The room seemed decently clean, but when we returned for the evening there were cockroaches all throughout the room. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids which was none at booking), but not enough towels. Though, I wouldn't have given my kids a bath there anyways. The beds were very basic and not comfortable. Checkout was easy. It was close to many stores and restaurants. My family was only there for a night.

This property is a budget-friendly, 2-star extended stay facility. From the outside, it gives a modest first impression, though not much better than what’s found inside. While there appears to be some effort to maintain basic cleanliness and order, this wouldn’t be considered a destination stay—more of a last resort option for those needing short-term lodging at a low price point. That said, the front desk staff were polite and courteous. The room itself was marginal—functional, but not particularly comfortable. There were a few concerns worth noting: a room labeled non-smoking had a lingering smoky odor, there was a consistent smell reminiscent of cannabis in the hallway or surrounding areas, and we did encounter a bug or two during our stay. Overall, if you’re on a tight budget and need a temporary place to stay, it’s serviceable—but manage expectations accordingly.

Check in staff was great. Elevator extremely slow. Electronic door lock was testy, as it took at least 10 swipes to open. Cabinet door was completely missing. For a newer property it was disappointing.
