"The hotel is undergoing renovations and I stayed in one of the recently renovated rooms. It was beautiful and very comfortable. Sadly you can see there are already signs of wear and tear (a spill on the carpet outside my room, a dirty footprint on the carpet by the elevator, a letter missing from a sign next to the elevator). I tried to watch TV (there were two different remotes) but no matter what buttons I pushed, I could not figure out how to change channels. It wasn't important enough to me...

"we were very impressed with the South Service Rd Burlington , Ontario Comfort Inn. Good breakfast, nice facility inviting rooms, all round lovely. Our only complaint was, there is no elevator to the second floor, and my mom who is 95 yrs old has difficulty with the stairs. Especially having to carry luggage. The night staff was very helpful, and even though she had a broken arm, carried the one suitcase to the room. "

"Had the private room on the bottom floor. Comfortable, quiet, and homey. The room was surprisingly large. I was given a tour at check in, and everyone there was very kind. "

"The room was clean and welcoming. The climate was comfortable. Parking was simple, and our front desk reception person, John, was very helpful and recommended an EXCELLENT restaurant for dinner. 5 stars all the way around. Definitely will recommend this hotel to others!"
