"Everything was great"

"The staff were nice, room clean, affordable, and the breakfast minimal but adequate."

"The room was Ok, just a place to sleep. It was relatively clean. The pool was not in service and there was no notice on the site, (we have kids and it was really the only reason we stayed here). Spent $10 to do 2 loads of clothes (only 1 washer, 2 dryers, and they still didn't get fully dry). The "breakfast" was thoroughly unimpressive. Overall, Skip this place unless all you need to do is sleep."

"This is a fantastic property located on mansion row. The Inn Keeper, Miami was great, providing a delicious breakfast and history lesson about the mansion as well as a few ghost stories. Very comfortable accommodation. We will definitely return if we are in the area in the future."

"The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. And, the young lady that served us breakfast was very nice and helpful. I’d recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who is planning to spend time in...

"There was a water leak in the room that was reserved for us and it could not be fixed same day. Upon my request I asked the kind young lady at front desk if she could recommend a diff motel for us for that 1 night stay. She did and called that diff motel to see if they had any vacancies which theu did. She had great customer service skills. She also directed us to the Jayco (Kroger) store where we could get gas"

"Here is what makes this hotel unique is the the cleanliness of the room. Exceptional! It meets my standards. The staff is very polite, respectful with great customer service. They are prompt in attending to needs. This hotel serves hot meals for breakfast and dinner. I did not use the Hot tub. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Excellent stay!!"

"Our room was exceptionally clean as was the entire property. Parking was plentiful and easy access to the hotel. We had late nights at the ballpark and sleeping in was amazing. Beds were comfortable and our room was very spacious. The full size refrigerator was an awesome amenity! I cannot say enough great things about the staff the overnight desk clerk was amazing so friendly and helpful!! Was a great stay!!"

"We have stayed here before, but never on the 2nd floor. We do not recommend staying in any of the lower floors. The people upstairs sounded like they had a stomp session going on at 2 am and at 6am we could hear the guy next to us hacking so loud it sounded like he was in our bathroom! So it was a rough night. The bed, sheets, and AC are great though!"

"I was denied a receipt at check out. Housekeeping every other day, usuall required another visit to the front desk daily to get towels, washcloths, coffee, etc. New computer system was creating a lot of problems for staff."
