"Beautiful property, kind, accommodating and welcoming staff and somewhere which all in my family have a desire to return. It's a fantastic option when traveling to Milan from Torino or Switzerland (and really anywhere) in the north....and makes a stop when heading to Malpensa a real pleasure instead of a difficulty. "The property had bugs and spider webs all over the place. I ended up sleeeping with my daughter because I was afraid of sleeping in the queen bed since there were bugs on the wall. Upon arrival we saw a note on the door that said they had a bug problem. However, that was not mentioned when I booked the room. My daughter and I are very afraid of them. The shuttle runs through the night (a charge of €5, or €10 after 12.00 p.m.) We arrived late and collection by shuttle was easy with the pick up point clearly explained. "The hotel accommodations are fine, however they need to communicate better with their customers. I did not have phone service to call the hotel shuttle for a pickup from the airport. I was given the hotel’s email address to request shuttle service. They never replied to my email. We ended up taking a taxi to the hotel for 50 euro. When we checked in, we were not told that we needed a reservation to have the breakfast buffet the next morning. The manager was kind enough to serve us a coffee...
