"Room was clean and quiet! A short walk from the water bus, very close to all the dining and shopping experience. The lady at check-in was super nice and helpful! The place is classy with a full touch of italian elegance. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone! Thank you."

"I am very happy to stay at this hotel. Staff were nice. Room is big, clean, and great amenities. Close to everywhere I need to go. Water taxi, food, and main attractions just 5-10 minutes walking. Definitely recommend it. "

"We stayed in the delux room with canal view which was lovely. Hotel was very quiet and quite small, we didn’t see anyone else during our 2 day stay, although we did leave early both mornings. It was perfect for our stay, within easy reach of the Rialto bridge water bus stop. Breakfast started at 9am so was too late for our early starts, but local coffee shops/ bakeries are easy to find. Would stay here again. "

"The accommodations are well kept and in a quiet neighborhood. Was located fairly close to the San Salvestro Vaporetto stop. Breakfast was abundant and served on time to your room. Had a common sitting room outside our room which was great as we were travelling with another couple. As the rooms are small we opted not to get daily cleaning/bed making service. "

"Winter stay in the room facing the canal. The Junior suite selection with breakfast Pros: classic venetian feel, great vibe. "This was an amazing alternative to hotel lodging. The apartment was exceptionally clean and the host, Andrea was absolutely incredible. She communicated with me before my arrival and confirmed my transport from the airport. Throughout my stay she was readily available to assist with my plans. Would definitely recommend this place. "

"The team was so kind & welcoming to be sure to explain accessing the property & amenities of room upon our arrival. It was quiet property on a quiet street/part of the city which we really liked. But also short walk to Academia bridge & squares & good restaurants. We utilized the Allileguna upon departure to get us to airport & it was short 2 block walk. "

"It was incredible in every way. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful & kind & called water taxis for us & answered any questions we had about the area. They made our 2 nights in Venice much easier as I was traveling with my parents who have some Mobility issues. Our private terrace was so picturesque & perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The attached restaurant was delicious……lasagna & tiramisu 2 nights in a row!! "
