"The property is in need of some tlc, our room looked shabby with cracked tiles on the bathroom floor that were an accident waiting to happen. The breakfast was the worst we’d ever had in a hotel with a couple of bits or cheddar cheese, cured meats left at 9.30am when breakfast finished at 11am. Food wasn’t replenished despite asking staff if they could add more cheese, meats and fruit. But then when a group of people showed up they bought out more reserves! "Great stay, great value for money, quiet rooms, helpful staff"

"Pleasant stay at the Seaton Lane Inn with a little hiccup of no towels in the room on arrival but was remedied straightaway. Check in was quick and easy although steep stairs to the upper level of the Inn rooms. May be a little difficult for older people to negotiate these. Had food in the restraunt one night and enjoyed the steak which was cooked as asked and the service was also good from the waiter. Check out was also quick and easy so a very good stay at a good hotel."
