"The hotel is in a great spot approx 300m behind the main Piazza. Good view if you have one of the rooms at the front. Breakfast was a little limited and the wait for fresh eggs was over 10 minutes. However, the scrambled and fried eggs were good as was the quality of the rest of the products. The bed was very comfy. The staff were great and assisted us with booking an early taxi for our train departure. We would stay here again."

"Great staff, very friendly and helpful, especially upon check-in. Very yummy breakfast! So nice to have fresh scrambled eggs and bacon along with more traditional European breakfast foods. Croissants were excellent! My only suggestion is to improve the wifi. It was sketchy."

"Giacomo, co-owner of the property, was so kind to give us some basic education and guidance for Siena which helped us navigate and understand the city better. Parking was plentiful and the open view from the property was beautiful. I was fortunate enough to meet a Swedish lady who told me that this was her third stay at the property. Breakfast was wonderful and very local European-style rather than American. You can enjoy indoors or outdoors. We thoroughly enjoyed our 25th wedding anniversary...

"Exceptional property located in the heart of Siena , property immaculately clean ,air conditioning throughout, we had the apartment which was spacious, well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen ( although did not use ) plenty of very good restaurants and cafes nearby , bus station approx 10mins walk train station around 20 mins walk , taxis nearby ,the host of the property was Pietro who was able to advise on attractions ,restaurants café, and also give you a card to receive breakfast each...

"La posizione dell’hotel è molto comoda se si arriva in treno/autobus, in quanto basta prendere le scale mobili per arrivarci. Si trova, inoltre, a pochi passi dal centro e con una passeggiata di 15-20 minuti si arriva a Piazza del Campo attraversando il centro. Meritano una menzione speciale la colazione degna di un 5 stelle (molto preparati anche sulle varie intolleranze) e la gentilezza del personale."

"Everything about this place is excellent. We had a wonderful stay and beautiful views of the sunrise! One thing to note is that you do have to take a flight of stairs to your room as there is no elevator. If you have luggage you may want to take this into consideration. We did and it was manageable!"
