Hotel buono, vicinissimo alla piazza centrale.

Comoda la posizione, ok la camera. Unico difetto: la mia stanza dava sulla strada principale e quindi è risultata molto rumorosa per via del continuo via vai anche durante la notte. Comunque consiglio l'hotel per la posizione, la gentilezza del personale e le camere spaziose.

In the town center

This is a charming old world hotel in the town. It is close to all the major sites. The bathroom was modern and had plenty of hot water. The breakfast was good. It was roomy and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel in Centre of old town Sienna

This hotel is located in an old building in the centre of old town Sienna, The Hotel and rooms are beautifully furnished and comfortable with the feel of a home rather than a hotel. The room had great facilities and a beautiful four poster bed. The staff were really friendly and helpful recommending things to see and do in Sienna. The breakfast was really good too

Amazing location

We had a great time in Siena, partly because the hotel was so wonderfully located right bang in the centre of the city. The staff at reception were super kind and helpful but we didn't experience th same efficiency at breakfast time as there is only one person serving multiple tables of customers and unable to cater to everyone's need in a timely manner. The room was comfortable, albeit very noisy from what appeared to be an outside concert on Friday and Saturday (beware if you're staying in Siena over the weekend) - however the hotel provides earplugs for comfort. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, toiletries (shampoo and soap) were provided and windows had shutters which were great for sleeping. The guys are reception helped us book tickets to the opera and were very patient giving us directions for cheaper parking and key tourist attractions. We found them very personal and are grateful for their assistance. The hotel is not easy to find, however once you do, you realise how good the decision to book it was. The key to find the hotel is to look for the florist at number 15. I would stay here again but perhaps not drive again as parking can be expensive near the San Francesco Piazza - best to park at the train station for €2 per day, though it is a longer walk back to the hotel (about 45 mins, depending on pace). Breakfast was good, lots of bread of all sorts, cold meats, juice and coffee/tea in addition to fruit. Thanks for a great stay!

Insonorisation à installer d'urgence!!!

L'hôtel est au 3ème étage (par l'ascenseur) au fond de la cours après le fleuriste. Chambre spacieuse mais absence totale d'insonorisation : on vit avec les voisins... Salle de bain spacieuse mais tuyau de douchette proche de la rupture et bonde bouchée le premier soir. Personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner minimaliste. Jambon et fromage bas de gamme. Gros avantage : l'hôtel est très proche du campo (50m-100m).

Nice hotel with very nice staff. The room we booked was too hot and the AC didn't work very well. The hotel staff quickly upgraded us to another room that was much more comfortable and had a wonderful view of the tower from the window (it is the room with the blue bedding and canopy). The bed was a little hard for our taste and the pillow a bit flat, but overall it was quite nice, and a great price. The location was fabulous for easy access around Siena. We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

uakceptabel hotel på 2-3 sal kun udsigt til tage

En stor misforståelse at kalde det et hotel på knap 3.sal med en gangbro indtil trappen ned til reception. Ingen mulighed for at sidde med en kop kaffe eller vand. Bilen tømmes og den ene kører ud af byen og prøver at finde P.plads og den anden venter i en beskidt indgang hvor blomsterforretningen har åben i butikstid, En ødelagt start på en ferie. Gården man skal ind i er uhumsk og beskidt det samme er elevator. Absolut ikke handicap venligt bør beskrives samt at der ingen mulighed er for at slappe af på hotellet, vi har før boet på BB men intet der lignede det her. Havde beskrivelsen indeholdt oplysning om etagen og vist gården eller det superior værelse som vi boede i havde vi aldrig valgt det. vores billeder er på mobilen har vi mulighed for sms til jer

カンポ広場に近い

立地はバスターミナルからカンポ広場やドーモに行く途中にあり、歩いて１－2分で例のカンポ広場に出られてたいへんいい場所にあります。部屋も値段もそこそこで決して悪くはないんですが、とにかく場所が分からない。ちょうど宿泊客が居たから分かったものの、会わなければ数往復していたと思います。１５番地の標識を見つけたら奥に入る通路に行って行き止まりになったら右のエレベータで3階に上るとフロントがあります。 部屋も浴室も悪くないです。古い旧市街の建物ですから趣は素晴らしいです。
