Hello,
I never wrote a negative review ever. But this one I just had to. Because all the review I read about the property were very nice and I feel it was false review for me. Because the review were the reason why I booked this hotel. Although all the negative things I encounter the Staff was very kind and very nice. Most of the amenities did not work. Blow dryer did not work. The free breakfast was barely a buffet or anything. Had only potatoes and eggs and toast and 2 kinds of fruits. We ate elsewhere every morning. The little stand in the front of hotel never had any fruits to make any smoothie or drinks that was on their menu. The pool had way too much bleech that my son skin started to peel when he got out of the pool. The air condition barely worked in my room. We were sweating every day during our stay.
