It’s a simple but adequate hotel, with good taste and extremely friendly and professional staff. Breakfast is quite good and the location is excellent! Areas for improvement: Cleaning rooms and other areas like stairs.

Apsara Residence Hotel is very well located, just a short walk to main city attractions, including the Pub Street. The hotel is great, has a swimming pool and restaurant on site and the room we stayed at was very spacious with a bath tube and shower separately.

This is our second stay here and we recommend it to anyone who is coming to Siem Reap. The staff is wonderful; so helpful with anything you need. They're happy to help with transportation, tour suggestions, & entertainment suggestions. The breakfast is extensive. We didn't use the spa, but I know someone who has and they enjoyed it a lot and the price is very reasonable.

Beautiful hotel in Siem Reap. Great service and staff! Amazing shower! Unfortunately there was a very loud bar or club close by that made the nights less enjoyable. It was very loud in our room.

This is a stunning hotel. Staff were wonderful and the rooms just gorgeous. Comfortable. Beautiful oasis of a pool. My only one concern was hearing the music from the bar next door but I am sensitive to that. Everything else about this hotel is perfect.

I highly recommend Apsara hotel. It’s clean, with all amenities and perks. The stuff is very polite and available whenever you might need them. Even if you check out and your flight is late at night you can still use hotel amenities which is great!

Loved It

This hotel was fantastic! We actually spent more nights here then planned! Spent a full week at this hotel. The service was outstanding and the rooms were beautiful and very very clean. We enjoyed the pool as well as the restaurant at the hotel. Food and all the drinks we had were great! The staff was very friendly and greeted us each time we walked into the hotel with a cold cloth! If we ever return to Cambodia we will definitely stay here again. It is also in an excellent location with lots of restaurants and shops in an easy walking distance.

The staff are great and very obliging. The building is a little old but everything worked - our refrigerator had to be replaced but that was done quickly. The noise from the cafe next door was a problem for my wife but I didn’t hear it. So close to the river and stuff in the near area.

A gem of a hotel in Siem Reap

The Apsara was a brilliant place to stay during our trip to Siem Reap, and we are glad to have found and booked it. The hotel is well situated by the centre of the city but still sits a couple of minutes away from some of the hotspots. This gave us the excuse to walk along the river and take photos from the beautiful bridges. While the hotel is away from Pub Street, there is a nearby bar that can be loud in the evenings. Earplugs are recommended! For those visiting the Angkor area, tuk tuks and Grab vehicles are easy to find or ask the hotel team to book for you. The rooms are spacious, bright and clean. The bed was very comfortable and there was a sofa in the room too. The balcony only had one chair, which was a bit of a shame, but we managed to get a second one from reception. The staff at the Apsara are a real credit to the place. They were friendly, helpful and focused on providing the best service. They always had a smile on their face and it was a pleasure to have them around the place. Being met with a smile every time we came back in was a real treat. Overall, a perfectly placed hotel which was the best base for a week in this hidden gem.

I really had an amazing time at the hotel. It's really well located as it is surrounded by restaurants, the market, shops and very close to the river. I stayed for a week at the hotel and I have to say that the staff is the nicest you could imagine, they are very attentive and educated as they try to make you feel like home. Since the very beginning of your stay they greed you always with a smile. The rooms are clean and spacious. I will definitely return to the Apsara on my next trip to Siem Reap.

This place was in a good location, about 10 minute walk from Pub Street, the night market, etc. I had a couple issues with broken things in the room (shower head not working, toilet leaking), but at least the hotel staff were understanding in attempting to fix things quickly. I was glad to be on the first floor, as there's no elevator here.
