We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand Yard La Residence. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. Service was excellent. Special thanks to Chan, the operations manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. My wife and I have stayed in hotels on every continent except Antarctica and have never felt more welcome or appreciated.

Best hotel

Best hotel in Siam Reap.. The manager and Justin with their staff was great and helped us book tour the Angkor Wat with the best Tuk-tuk driver. We Will come back to this hotel. Big rooms and a good pool. If i u seek Hotel in Siam Reap, look no further.

I highly recommend the Cabana Pool Access room with great view of the pool, sitting outside your room having morning coffee, or your favorite drink during happy hours. If you don't feel like going out, the restaurant in the hotel can provide both Khmer and western food at a fraction of the cost going out. If you feel like venture out to pub street or night market, the hotel manager can arrange a Tok Tok to take you there and back Best of all, you cannot beat the price.

Attentive service, gorgeous room

Very spacious, nicely decorated room. Great quiet location is the plus. Oh, the most satisfied area is about the staff, really friendly, polite and willing to help. Umbrella assistance when we were out while raining would definitely return and don't hesitate to recommend to others

This hotel and the service provided were awesome! Alice and her staff made sure our stay was comfortable, relaxing and fun. She provided an itinerary of what to do, where to go a driver and a tour guide to accompany us. There is no reason to stay anywhere else. The room was clean, modern and quiet. The restaurant had fantastic food and everything was reasonably priced. Great value for your money.

Very peaceful and comfortable stay in this lovely boutique. Well located on the quiet street within few minutes riding to pubstreet. My room is very spacious and clean with everything we need for the stay comfort. The level of service by young staff are unrivaled, they are very friendly and helpful and always exceed our expectation. Highly recommend and perfect for family sharing with kids

A lovely comfortable night stay with Grand Yard La Residence, room is modernly designed with collection of 60's or older objects (a nice deskphone and scooters display),very spacious and clean. While, the staffs are friendly and helpful, giving thorough information about the area and help us to organize a sunrise trip to Angkor though it was raining but a great adventure experience. Wish I could stay longer in this beautiful boutique. Highly recommend

The staff was excellent, offering service with a smile continuously throughout our stay. Mr.Kim, Peter and all other staff members were ready and waiting to serve. The room attendants cheerfully tidied our rooms daily. The restaurant food was delicious. Concierge services were offered at every entry and exit to ensure our adventures were enjoyable. Tuk tika we’re always accessible and walking to Pub Street wax easy and enjoyable. Pricing for this beautiful boutique style hotel was an excellent value.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. It is beautiful and well located for pub street and the markets. The cabana room opening to the pool is outstanding! It is large and comfortable. The food and drink was great. Service 1st class, especially Justin. The only slight problem was the noise of the building work next door, but I don’t suppose it was too bad or should go on for too long. I last stayed here in 2022 and since then the development of the road where this hotel is situated is awesome! When I come back to Siem Reap I will definitely stay here, no doubt.

Friendly staff. But very hard to communicate in English with dinning room staff as understandably their English proficiency is limited. Clean spacious room. Not very functional layout. No hot water. Needs to run shower for 15-30 minutes to get warm water. Dogs fighting and barking late at night on street waking up frequently. Otherwise enjoyed the stayed.

Where should we start? We browsed a while and decided to book this boutique as it was advertised newly added with beautiful photos. When the booking made, we got a welcoming e-mail for booking reconfirmation and asked about arrival time. We got pickup from airport by smiley, helpful tuktuk driver. Arriving at Hotel was a real blessing with warm and fast check-in process, escorted to room with information room orientation. The pool was very inviting and we spent most of time beside room and tours at this lovely communal area. Our stay experience was perfect and thanks very much Grand Yard La Residence and the whole staffs for making our stay an unforgettable experience. We will definitely back

Overall, the property is average: the lobby is not air conditioning, the staff were very nice and helpful, the food in the restaurant was not as good and took longer to serve. The price for the food were reasonable except for a can of Coke, which cost $1.90. You can buy the same can of Coke at the store next door for 10 cent. I love our room by the pool. My parent's room were on the second floor. We were charged additional fees for extra family member staying with us, and that's understandable but here is the problem. On the day of check out, we were told that one of the room towel was missing and we were charged $10 for that. All our family members did not take the flimsy towel, which is not good enough to clean our floor at home in the US. We paid for it anyway because we didn't want any problem. My parent were not happy. So take a picture of your room when you check into this hotel.
