"I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room."

"Our room, reserved for two, was clearly a single: no chair except a desk chair, the desk had no outlets for a laptop, no wastepaper basket except for a tiny one in the bathroom, a small double bed that had been advertised as a queen-sized. Breakfast facilities were only available on the first day of our stay; after that, nothing was available (except room service) because of a conference that occupied the main receiving area. "The only good things were its proximity to the hospital and the 7-Eleven across the street... It is an unnecessarily expensive hotel (I assume the price is so high because of the hospital nearby). "Great setting right on the water. You can walk out the door and be on the path that runs around the Inner Harbor. Easy self park across the street. Room was very quiet. We had an upgraded corner room with a view of the water and enjoyed it tremendously. The extra space made it a very comfortable place to hang out when we weren’t outside."

"Everything was good. I was here for a family member in the Maryland University and easy walking distance. The building is old but kept clean. The only thing I will say is the front counter Staff was not the friendliest until I met Mark and he helped me with a difficult situation so I appreciate Mark kudos to him."

They said they would have a manager contact me. I have yet to hear from the manager.!!! very disappointed because I’ve stayed at this hotel once before."
