"For the most part it was a pleasant stay. The pool was clean that I was very happy about. Valet parking perfect staff was great. I didn't care for the breakfast."

"The check in process was okay at first. Representative at the desk was friendly and nice but they gave us a room that was not cleaned or serviced. They were able to clear up the mistake fast but it put a bad taste in our mouth. The hotel still has carpet so the hallways smell like mildew. Room was okay but the shower does need to be updated. The convenience of this place to venue was the major plus. "

"Very nice staff (especially Valet) room was clean. Breakfast had large variety of items to choice from. Great location. I was however disappointed with having to make a reservation to swim. And the pool closed at 8pm. Other then that i would recommend staying at this location"

"Our shower was hot, only the first time we showered. The next two, were borderline cool/cold which was TERRIBLE FOR US. Granted, everything else was fine but the cold showers really ruined it for us"

"Elevator call buttons did not work whole time we were there. We had to ask an employee to send us up, no problem going down, but needed assistance going up every time. Very nice staff, available at desk 24/7. "

"Upon arrival, there was only one washcloth provided in the room for two guests. We requested additional washcloths at check-in, but after waiting approximately two hours, housekeeping delivered extra towels instead. We had to request washcloths again after we had already showered and were preparing to leave for the evening. Additionally, the room temperature was set to 80°, and we had to wait for staff to come and turn on the air conditioning. There were also no remotes in the room upon arrival. We had to request remotes for both rooms we reserved, and one of the remotes did not work properly. It required multiple staff members attempting to fix the issue, which was not resolved until around 10:00 PM—leaving us with very limited time to relax and watch TV before going to bed. Once we returned from our evening out at the comedy show, the second room on our reservation was hot and had to request to have this fixed. It was upsetting due to the fact that my in-laws were staying in this room and my father-in-law is currently in chemotherapy and was having a difficult time breathing. We also had to go down to the front desk several times in person to follow up on these concerns, which was inconvenient. I would like to note that the front desk staff were courteous and did their best to assist us throughout these issues. However, the overall experience fell short of expectations due to the repeated inconveniences. "

"I've stayed at several hotels in different cities, but this one was the worst ever. There was a convention going on and it made the hotel very busy. That wasn't the problem though. First off there was no coffee offered in the lobby in the mornings. The hotel needs some updating in the rooms. It's a old hotel I understand that, but there was barely any hot water, the room was either to cold or too hot (ac didn't kick in at all), the bathroom toilet broke in the middle of the night, the shower curtain was falling apart, and the mini fridge did not work well. Everything I ordered from the restaurants were subpar, not to mention I waited 40 minutes for a Fish and chips only to be told they sold out. I still can't wrap my head about that. I don't understand how you can order something, wait 40 minutes, then told it's sold out. Some employees were super nice, while others were very rude. My whole experience was negative. "
