"We went for the night of the Morgan Wallen concert. We called to let them know we might not be able to get there by midnight, the show ended at 1140. They said they would make a note in our room reservation. However when we showed up the doors were locked and no one at the desk for 20 minutes and couldn’t get a hold of anyone by phone. Needless to say our neighbors were loud and we were told they were tight on rooms, we reserved months ago. We won’t be staying there for our next concert. ...

"Arrived around 10pm to check in. Two police officers were watching security footage of an incident. Condition of hotel is between a 1-2 star. Front Desk staff handed me a single key rattled off the room number and walked away. No instructions on direction of room, where to park, etc... The elevator was out of service and I was given a 3rd floor handicap accessible room...Chose this location due to the Sonesta Brand's consistency and having a kitchen. The "stocked" kitchen included 1 fork, 1...

Mattress on beds were good but on couch bed was terrible—you could almost see all the springs sticking out. Not enough towels in room—we had 5 people registered and only 2 bath towels so we had to get more from the desk. Overall the room was ok but nothing fabulous. "
