"Personally not so impressed once step in to the hotel due to the scent they used, however this is still on personal preference. What really disappointed me was being rated at a 4 star hotel, there is no bath rope, no bowls and plates and cutleries. Staff is not as friendly either. Therefore I would say it’s slightly overrated and over recommended."
