Hotel Perniagaan di Shreveport

"First time we stayed at Sam's and didn't really find anything inside the casino open during the week for food and drinks . We generally either left the casino or went to Bally's for breakfast and other meals. The small bistro in the Sam's lobby had very few choices for food and the pastries were stale. Front desk check in staff seemed a little uninterested during check in or check out. Our room didn't get cleaned the second day of the stay."

"It is a real nice hotel."

"Okay"

"Clean room, nice breakfast, great property and friendly staff.Home 2 Suites is our favorite, the only place we stay."

"Everything was great"

"1. there was trash on the floor when I arrived ( this wasn't a big deal to me. It was just a drink cover & something else near the wastebasket ,& an old kleenex sorta behind the chair). 2. breakfast/food was ok, but certainly not great. No real fruit available. yes , there were some tired apples & oranges in a bowl ... again ,...

Finally, assigned to another room but the system failed to show it was assigned to us causing interruptions from an unexpected guess with access to...

"We checked in late, around 10:00 pm, I booked late (within a few minutes of showing up). We were checked in within 3 minutes!! Super fast, clean room, clean lobby and we had a great overnight stay. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Personnel were all nice and informative."

"Elevators need a little extra attention, dirty. Chair in the breakfast area need to be tide up the legs are not sturdy. In the room tab water take long time to go trough drainage."

"This was my 3rd stay but worst. We were on our way to Texas and spent the night. No ice on any floor. No pool. No water in room so no shower. No toliet tissue so we had to buy our own. We had to call for a comforter and toliet handle broken. However the next morning the manager was on duty and I asked for corporate and she said she would help. She listened to my complaints and was truly apologetic and inquired to when I would be back and I told her Monday, November 2nd. She promised to comp me...
