"Evening was great upon check in. The hotel provided everything that was listed except soundproofed rooms. We specially booked this hotel for that reason and were disappointed that was not what we received. We had an upstairs neighbor that made noise all through the night. When this was mentioned to the front desk, we were told that that it’s a tricky situation and the hotel was full. We will NOT rebook."

"Lady working the front desk was sighing and complaining under her breath when checking us in and took forever to finally give us the room key. Upon arrival to the room the view would be amazing if the windows weren’t caked with grime dust and dirt. Faucet for the shower was broken and it took what felt like an eternity to get hot water. Absolutely no air condition or ventilation in the hotel room at all and wallpaper was filthy. Across my 5 day stay I didn’t get room service once and when my girlfriend called and asked about the air conditioning the guy at the desk was extremely rude and told her that he could offer a fan and abruptly hung up the phone. The room was well over 78 degrees inside and we had to sweat it out every night. Will not return or recommend to family and friends ever. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed. The location could be amazing but obviously the pride and quality of work has gone down. As someone who will be returning to Columbus yearly for sonic temple I will never return to this establishment even if they paid me."

"Would never book here again. The hotel was dirty! There was food and dirt all over the hotel floors that housekeeping repeatedly walked by and ignored. Our room had ants in it, the floors were dirty, the ac/heating unit smelled like it was burning so we were unable to use it the entire stay, the lights in the bathroom were blown out by the mirrors, our room was "cleaned" once in the 5 days we were there and that was just the beds being made. Our towels and washcloths were taken, not replaced, when we went to reception to get more the guy tried to negotiate with me on how many towels we could have like we could just share towels and washcloths. There was gum stuck under the nightstand. We complained to reception and she had attitude said she could move us to another room but we were afraid of what the new room would be like. Its clearly a poorly maintained hotel. If all the other hotels around us werent booked up (or had worse reveiws) for the festival happening, we would have left."

"Hotel was in a terrible location but my husband decided to give it a chance. He checked in and went up to the room only to check the mattress and discover bed bugs. He asked to cancel the reservation and get a full refund. We are still waiting on the refund. Fingers crossed they fulfil their promise."
