"I arrived at 6 PM on a Sunday to find the Office dark and locked. Called the 219 phone number for the hotel. It was routed to a different area code and number. I left a voicemail, but that number is apparently not monitored by anyone. They also do not respond to messages sent to them via Expedia. Fortunately, there is another hotel next-door that had a room for me. Expedia is supposedly going to get me a refund, but they should remove this facility from their website. "Great staff, close to a lot of food and shopping, Experian made it affordable for me, rooms are bigger than other hotels, lots of lighting not dark and dreary, even the guests are really friendly around you! Also kid friendly!"

Sable at Navy Pier Chicago, Curio Collection by Hilton
10/10 Excellent
"Free breakfast wasn’t offered so I don’t think it’s an option. We did a dinner boat cruise for our friend’s birthday and it was wonderful. Sable hotel is always wonderful, beautiful views from your window. The location is fun and just a great area to enjoy the weather and activities ❤️❤️💜"
"The Swissôtel Chicago truly impressed me as a beautiful property offering an exceptional stay in the heart of the city. The overall experience was highly positive, and I would definitely choose to stay here again. The room provided breathtaking, amazing views that were easily the highlight of the accommodations. The beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful sleep every night. While the pillows were a little flat, that was a minor drawback given the overall comfort. The bathroom experience was excellent, featuring hot water and great pressure in the shower. It is worth noting that the hotel does have some added fees per day. Although I typically prefer a fully inclusive price, the quality of the stay ultimately made it worth the extra cost. The location of the Swissôtel is unbeatable. It sits right in the middle of downtown, on the river, making it walking distance to a huge array of attractions, dining, and shopping. The service was also top-notch, especially thanks to Bernard who checked us in. He was super helpful with everything from check-in details to providing recommendations for tours and managing bookings. Personalized assistance like that truly elevates a hotel stay.During our visit, we dined at The Palm, and the experience was delicious. As expected for a high-end establishment, it is a pricey steakhouse, but if you're looking for a luxurious meal, the quality certainly justifies the splurge. Definitely would visit again "
