"The location is good and we have stayed at this property several times when visiting Shreveport. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this property anymore. The water pressure is terrible (like non-existence from the sink), the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was loud."

"I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. "

"Well thanks to Expedia we got the wrong room and could not change because of third party booking. The hot tub wasn’t working which was a big part of our booking because we were traveling a long distance. Water pressure was terrible in sink and shower. The corridor to the room was hot because AC wasn’t working. Many reasons to be cautious next time I’m booking with Expedia and Homewood Suites."

"They let us leave our car there while we were on vacation. We actually walked on sidewalk to the hotel when we returned from the airport. Rooms are very nice with new paint and bathrooms. The breakfast is top quality and staff are friendly."

"The facilities at first appeared maintained until further inspection - The room was actually filthy as it relates to the floors (felt grimy and the stone in the bathroom areas were stained as well), the shower tub combo had broken handles and it looked as though they had been spray painted and the paint was chipping. "We had to switch rooms upon arrival due to plumbing not working. The second room was small and very out dated. The carpets were stained. We got stuck in the very slow poorly maintained elevator. The restaurant closed at 9pm. The hallways smelt like weed."
