"I got a good impression when entering the lobby for its aesthetics, and the check-in staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well balanced and the food was tasty. My complaints would be with the room, which needed a refresh. The carpet in particular seemed old and the overall furnishings were outdated and worn. Also, the room had a strong odor of air freshener, which perhaps was attempting to cover the smell of cigarette smoke. I actually sat in the room with the door open and the bathroom fan on for over half an hour to try to draw fresh air into the room."

"I am not fussy about a room but if the bed is bad that’s a deal breaker for me! The bed was terrible and the sink and tub drains were slow to drain and the towels were so thin and worn. The breakfast was good and it was a good location but we won’t be staying there again."

"The hotel is currently under construction. You have to go next door to Towneplace Suites to use their fitness room. They no longer have an indoor pool or hot tub, only outdoor. Breakfast is not included either. "
