Room was not on a 5 star level but we didn't expect it to be but it was clean and comfortable. Beautiful area and the staff were outstanding. Nice enough we would like to have stayed for several nights but only stayed one. Close to Zion NP so we were able to avoid the high priced hotels nearer the Park entrance. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel, especially if wanting to tour Zion Natl Park.

They are sticklers for checking in at 3:00pm exactly. First thing out of the receptionist mouth was “it will be $20.00 extra to check you in before 3pm.” We got there about 2:15pm so we had lunch at Dennys across the parking lot. I’m kinda used to hotels holding luggage or asking if they could recommend somewhere for us to wait. When we got back at 2:58, there were three people ahead of us waiting to check in at 3.

We stayed in a newly renovated room, with the exception of the bathroom not renovated . Very quiet place to stay and beds were comfortable.

Love the room layout for the rooms with 2 queen beds. It is an older facility but has been well maintained. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. We were only here long enough to shower and sleep before getting back on the road.

The building is tired. Rooms need updating… ours smelled like an old people’s home. Breakfast was awful….worst we’ve had in American hotels. We did have one lovely member of staff who helped us with an issue with another hotel booking.

This is a quality budget motel at an unbeatable rate. It's not fancy, but is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. With jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, and a small gym. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning works great.
