"was extremely disappointed and frankly disgusted to find explicit adult content available on the hotel TV—not only in the adult section, but also mixed into the regular drama category. This is completely inappropriate and not something I’ve ever encountered at any hotel before. It made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Hotels should ensure that their entertainment menus are clearly separated and that explicit content is never placed where families or unsuspecting guests might come across it. This experience significantly impacted my stay in a negative way."

"Awesome hotel! The whole hotel is so beautiful, and all of the staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved that there were restaurants and the onsen and spa on site so we were able to relax without even leaving the property if we wanted. Everything was clean and well maintained and all of the restaurants were delicious! I would definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance."
