Big smile from the manager lady and cannot-be-simpler blasting speed check-in bit any 4- & 5-star hotel I have been to. In other words, easy going relatable approach goes a long way. the hotel room was neet and appeared nicely renovated. All rooms are at the upper level of a big estate, which is a big dinning venue...
