"Clean and cmfortable rooms, bathroom and showers close by. Mats were thick enough to be comfortable, while still giving an authentic Japanese experience. Not much in the immediate area, but great park and restaurants were a 15 to 30 minute walk. Desk person seemed a bit brisk, but not rude."

"I like place.it is convient,7/11 and drug store is near.you walk along beach.the air is fresh.the staff is very friendly.the room is clean texcept bathroom,it is clean but they have to clean the molds in the bathroom and there are no slipper in the roon.But the place is very good i will return and recommend to my friends"

"This is a lovely property with the best staff! Just be aware that there aren’t a lot of dinning options. 1-2 nights best. 5 minute walk to the Izu Panorama area where you can take the ropeway to the top of the mountain to have lunch and see a view of Mt. Fuji. "

"This place is a little far from the town but on the from Fuji city you pass a lake where you can a beautiful view of mt Fuji. The hotel is excellent with activities provided. Service is great and onsen really very nice. Two separate baths for male and female. They switched around in the morning. Meals are buffet style. They provided a good spread."

"Great place away from Tokyo/Osaka big cities, 2 stops from Shizuoka Station and they have an open air shuttle to pick you up from the station. Our family was amazed from the moment we checked in, room was spacious, clean, amenities were top of the line, decor was serenity with original Japanese beams/doors. We spent most of day time in Shizuoka or Mt. Fuji area to explore and used Mochimune as a base to rest. We booked breakfast option so it was like a fest for our family in the morning with 2...
