The hotel carpets are grubby in the corridors and the rooms. The bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, a wide selection of hot and cold food i will stay here again as its convenient. . The shower was clean and very good water pressure.

The property looked very tired which makes it difficult for the staff and cleaners, it requires some investment if fixtures and fittings.

The staff were lovely and really helpful but the decor was tired and there were no power sockets near the bed to charge your phone and no usb sockets in the room.

The carpets were absolutely disgustingly dirty and the room didn’t appear to have been dusted. The room was next to the staircase and all you could hear was people clambering up the steps all night and early morning.

Quick (slightly early check-in). Staff very pleasant. Hotel itself in need of an upgrade. TV in room didn’t work and facilities generally jaded (pool table had tape on it). Self service brekkie ok. Nice, convenient canal side stroll into Saltaire. Enjoyed Hungry Horse restaurant (Noble Comb) next door to hotel.

Best Ibis iv'e stayed in - chain hotels are generally the same but everything just was run so well an in such a great location (overlooking a canal?!)

Margaret who was doing the Breakfast Buffet on Sunday 25 February 2024 was so good at keeping the restaurant well stocked & tidy. Plus the ladies at reception well very friendly & accommodating. Thanks

We had a good nights sleep. Had breakfast and a snack. Shower was good. We were happy with everything. The staff made the stay easy by being friendly and helpful

I can’t rate the service as we didn’t really get much with a basic check in and key deposit box on checkout. Our room smelt so badly of stale smoke I had to open all the windows which meant the room was cold and I couldn’t put the heating on as my daughter’s bed was wedged up against it. The floor was so grubby I didn’t take my socks off!! Not great for the price I’m afraid

This hotel need to be refurbished
Not the best experience when you have -5 degrees outside and windows do not seal at all, to help even more the heating system was damaged. Breakfast is ok but with £12 extra.

Good location, but let down in a few areas
The staff were friendly but there were a few issues - empty soap container in shower - pretty grim cooked breakfast that looked like it had been left on the buffet counter too long (9:45am) - Generally the decor looks an old and tired and in need of modernisation. We’ve stayed in Ibis hotels before in UK and Europe which have always been OK

Comfortable hotel
The customer service is excellent. The hotel is comfortable but a bit dated. There are no plug sockets next to the bed and shower was a bit mouldy.

No too bad.
Great!!! EV chargers in the car park. You have to pay but not a rip off. Room was a bit barren. No pictures on the walls. No coffee machine. No towelling robes. Incomprehensible heater control Thin quilt and no bed cover. Funny eggy smell in reception. Due to inadequate cooking smell ventilation.

Good Basic Hotel Choice
This is a solidly decent, basic budget hotel that offers accomodatuon close to Leeds Bradford Airport. It was clean and comfortable enough for the few hours we stayed (we left at 4am).

We have been staying at this hotel every five yrs for the past twenty five, it’s time for a facelift ,tvs and furniture must be twenty yrs old ,otherwise great staff and location.

Scary stay
Probably I was unlucky, but when I arrived police was in the hotel investigating something?. Then in the middle of the night there was a fight in the hotel corridor, aggressive shouting woke me up, it was vey scary. Police had to be called again. I could not sleep well after that. The breakfast was very disappointing with old- rock solid bread rolls, suspicious smelly mushrooms and super dry out beans. I am not often commenting my stay, but this one I would avoid.

The staff were very obliging and very friendly, so there was no issue here. However, when we moved the beds we found dirt and dirty tissues underneath and the duvet was badly stained. there were tea and coffee facilities for two people, but one packet of three broken custard creams to share. I do understand that it is only a two star hotel.

Decent value reasonbly close to Leeds Airport
The hotel is a little tired and seems due an uplift. We found the neighbourhood to be noisy, but it offered the best value only a short drive from Leeds Bradford Airport
