"El lugar es hermoso y el personal simplemente maravilloso, tomen en cuenta que hay muy poco personal que habla un poco de inglés por lo que en caso de no hablar Japones recomiendo que lo hagan a través de la plataforma sin intentarlo por su cuenta pues no recibirán respuesta por parte del hotel en inglés hasta no estar en las instalaciones del mismo, ya una vez que estás ahí la atención es todo un apapacho como experiencia y sabiendo la historia del lugar es un inolvidable recuerdo hospedarse...

"Overall experience were good. Like the onsen, but bed is too hard for us as we nit use to very thin mattress.
We have not very pleasure check out experience. The front desk called us three times for the 15 minutes late. Check out time is very stiff at 11:00am sharp.

"Wood floors in the hallways are beautiful but very noisy. We were on the first floor and constantly hear heavy walking on our floor and above at all hours. Many guests don’t honor the quiet hours. Around the bedside table was dirty and dusty should be cleaned regularly. It was nice to have a complementary breakfast but it needs more options. The bathroom was very tiny and awkward to even get in too. Staff ok, but not really friendly. "

"I booked 2 rooms—one for myself and one for my subordinate. During dinner, we were given a small table to share. I wanted to have some quiet time alone after work, so I moved to an empty table nearby.
