"Hotel is in a great location. There is a lot to do in the area (shopping, eating, etc.). The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I've seen in travel. It was fresh, tasty, and hot. Sadly, one of the elevators was out of service and so was our ice machine. For such a large hotel, having only one elevator made for long lines. "

"The carpets, elevator, and pool area were dirty with debris on the floor and smudges on the windows and walls. The first room had no working light when you entered the room the second room had a bedside lamp with a burnt out bulb. The staff was accomodating when I requested a room change due to the light not working in my room. The room was clean. But, the office chair was unstable. The pool had a broken safety ring floating in it and the floor was dirty. The hotel did not feel cared for. ...

"Pool was closed by the health department due to cleaning agent residuals. There was dirty towels left in our room. We were only given 2 towels despite checking in 4 people and had to go to check in to request more. Very disappointed!"

"The breakfast was terrible and was not maintained at all. Juice was out. Drip tray was overflowing with water. The aches were not cooked all the way no breakfast attendant people wearing no shoes. Housekeeping only service our room one day when we asked for service every day and fresh towels"

"The hotel is under renovation, so I tried to understand the strong paint smell. That would have been find, until I got to the room and found the bathroom was not clean. The air in the room did not work. The room was hot and uncomfortable all night. It was too expensive to find it in this condition. "
