"Very clean room and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. No noise from any other rooms. Tea and coffee making equipment and supplies inn the room. With the window open the noise from the motorway was quite loud and with the window closed it was quite stuffy. Rather small pillows. OK for an overnight stay."

"The staff are very attentive and helpful. We stayed in a standard room which was a good size and the bed was the same. It wasn't spotless but clean enough. The breakfast had a good choice of cereal and a hot buffet. We had dinner also, the food was very filling and tasty."

"The room wasnt very clean in bottom draw was a empty whiskey bottle and the windows had mould around them At evening we had our meal on the 1st course which was soup there was a bit of plastic found in it the staff couldnt apogise enough but didnt really make me enjoy rest of my tea leaving it "

"A generally fine stay with some real positives: the staff were lovely, the room had good facilities, the bed was very comfortable once I remade it, and the view across the park was great. It was also quiet, and the air‑con made it easy to get the temperature right. A few things let it down: the décor felt a bit tired, shower sealant was peeling, the carpet was stained, and the kettle was scaled and awkward to fill.
