Stayed one night when we landed at Birmingham Airport early hours, check in was quick and efficient, cannot comment on food and beverage as we didnt have any, parking was easy and position is excellent for both Airport and motorway, staff on check out were friendly and helpful

There’s so much do in and outside the area! They offer a lot considering you are living in an outlet for retail, the do an amazing job of welcoming guests and notifying them about events, locations and facility times.

The apartment was great. The only thing that could be improved were to warn at booking time that the digital key would not be "released" until you paid a damage deposit of £100 which required a lot of stress when you just want to get access to the property. There was sufficient work and rest space, and all amenities were in place. It was close to transport and shops, a home away from home. The Vale Golf and Country Club
Lovely stay, however, if you don’t have a car, there is no facilities to get food and you would need to travel. But we will be back :)
