前臺服務人員態度好，這是唯一可取的。整棟大樓只有4個樓層為酒店（只能算賓館吧）。房間有異味，隔音超差，門安全鏈鎖壞了⋯⋯最過分的是：房價只需二百多，tw.hotels收我五百多，超級黑心！！！

酒店房間洗手鹼液樽不能按出鹼液壞的，打俾酒店服務台三次電話超過1小時先至有職員上嚟檢查，三催四請’ 但最後個職員完全沒有解決問題⋯⋯最可笑嗰位男職員講話沒有其他嘅洗手鹼液樽可替換，要等到明天才可以; 真荒謬！！！明天12點前我都退房離開酒店要一日後才更換完全冇意思； 我已經係第二次住呢間酒店，絕對不是新行，今次入住呢間酒店嘅經驗非常之差； 如此服務水平令人極之失望！！！

優 近向西村地鐵站(1分鐘路程) 近金光華廣場(5-10分鐘路程) 沖涼水壓過得去 房間都算乾淨整潔 退房時間較遲 劣 酒店走廊重煙味 電梯系統差 Check in時發現所有空的房間沒有關門，任人出入

Ok stay and may stay again

I booked the movie room which had a huge bed and projection TV. Did not use the TV at all as all the controls were not in English. The free WIFI was slow but ok for normal web surfing and e-mail.

Cheap, great Value!!!

I travel from Canada to China once a month and have business in Shenzhen. I normally stay in the Luohu district for convenience and have stayed at the Sun Island Holiday Hotel for at least 30 days this year. I was recommended this hotel by my business partner as the area is very close to the rail station and subway station. Rooms are pretty clean and hotel staff are courteous. Definitely not a 5 star hotel but meets expectations for $60CAD/night. I always choose the movie room as it has a 100" projection TV to watch streaming movies on. The are is great for night activities with many of the restaurants open until 4-5am. There are some street food places that open into the early morning too. Just keep in mind that it is a smoking hotel so pass if you can't deal with the smell. Otherwise I would recommend for sure.

2度目の利用です。今回はやや狭いシングルルームを始めて利用しました。確かに部屋は狭いですが、特にt自在に死守王にあるほどではありませんでした。シャワーはお湯がぬるいので、冬はちょっと辛いかもしれません。エアコンは暖房もついているのですが、あまり使われていないのか、ほとんど効きませんでした。WiFiは早い時間帯もありますが、混雑するときはやや遅くなります。WiFiに接続するためにはSMS認証が必要となり、SMSを受け取れない多くの外国人観光客の方は困ると思います。フロントスタッフに相談すればSMS認証は代わりにやってくれると思います。大きなビルの中にエレベータが3台しかなく、うち1台はいつも止まっていましたので、凄く待ちます。朝の出勤時間帯やランチタイムなどはエレベータに乗るだけでかなりの時間が必要となります。また、皆さんのマナーも悪いので、順番に並んで乗ろうとするとすぐに割り込まれてしまうため、バトルが必要です。

国貿駅から近くて便利。オフィスビルの中にあるホテル。人に出入りが多く、エレベーターが待たされる。部屋は清潔で広い。シャワーの水量が弱い、湯加減調整が難しい。隣接の部屋からの騒音異音がやや気になる。フロントの対応はまあまあ。

宿泊するだけと割り切れば、大きな不満はない。ゆっくりと休息をとることができた。 ホテルにあまりお金をかけたくないが、大幅に質を落としたくない人向けだと思う。 当然、日本語対応は無い。 全般的に説明が記載されたドキュメントが見当たらなかったり、 WIFIの説明や部屋の外のドア近くのパネル使用方法の説明を記載したものがないので、 親切ではないと思う。 不満な点は、中国では標準的と思われるが、宿泊時にデポジットを要求されることである。 チェックアウト時に帰ってくるが、出国前に戻ってきてもと思う。

素晴らしい立地

立地が素晴らしいですね。東門歩行街へも徒歩圏内ですし、ホテルの周辺には飲食店がたくさんあります。ホテルは古いですが部屋は広く、清潔感もあります。シャワーの水圧も油温も申し分なしです。冷蔵庫がないのはやや不便でしたね。
